The Challenge

MCE Conferences, a professional conference and continuing education organization in the United States, was managing a fully manual process for collecting post-event surveys and issuing certificates of completion to attendees. After each event, staff had to collate survey responses, verify participation records, and generate individual certificates one by one before distributing them to hundreds or thousands of attendees. The process was not only time-consuming but also highly error-prone, and any delays in certificate issuance led to direct complaints from professional attendees who needed documentation for licensing or continuing education credit purposes.

The Solution

White Polar Consultancy designed and built an end-to-end automation solution for MCE’s post-event workflow. The solution integrated the survey platform with a certificate generation engine, using conditional logic to determine eligibility based on attendance thresholds and survey completion. When an attendee met the required criteria, the system automatically generated a personalized certificate and triggered a delivery email without any manual intervention from the MCE team. 

The automation was built on a low code foundation, which meant it was accessible for non-technical staff to monitor, adjust, and maintain after deployment.
